My Cookie Recipe is
"Pumpkin Peanut Butter Gluten Free Cookies
for people and pooches"

This recipe is a healthy cookie that Is safe for you and your dogs.

Makes about 2 dozen Cookies         Oven - 350 degrees, bake for 10-12 minutes

Ingredients:

Wet Ingredients                                                     Dry Ingredients
1/2 can of pumpkin                                               2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C of Coconut oil                                            1 C Coconut Sugar
1 Egg                                                                   2 tsp baking soda
 1 tsp Vanilla                                                        1/4 t. Salt
1 C Natural peanut butter - crunchy                   1 C Gluten Free Flour ( Pillsbury)
These are the brands I used.

1. In a large bowl mix together the Wet Ingredients -
egg, oil, pumpkin, peanut butter and vanilla, by hand, till smooth.
Add the sugar, continue mixing gently.

2. In a separate bowl, gently mix the dry ingredients -
baking powder, baking Soda, salt.

3. Add the Dry ingredients to the Wet ingredients and slowly mixing till smooth.
We Divided the mix in half and only put the chocolate chips in the mix for people.
Dog should never have chocolate.
Cover and Place in the refrigerator for  about an hour.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4. Flour the counter with the Gluten free flour and roll our your dough.
Use Cookies cutters to make cookies.
Or drop cookies by spoon onto the cookie sheets.

Place cookies on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

5. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool completely before eating.

We tested the recipe till we got it right, and the end results got a thumbs up from my very picky Grand daughter.
Maximo and Rosie Approve, too!
