Breast Cancer Awareness Slouchy Hat Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Every year I try to Design a New Pattern
to bring awareness to Breast Cancer.
This year I have designed a Slouchy hat
with a Fun Cable Stitch band.
the band itself can also be a headband.
I designed the hat in cotton.
Be sure to use a soft yarn like cotton
if you are making this for a Chemo patient.
This crochet pattern is a step by step Photo Tutorial
to help you with the Cable Stitch section of the hat band.
I set the skill at "moderate" because
I think it is really easy once you do
it the cable stitch couple of times.
And there are lots of pics.
Other yarns that will work for this pattern
are I Love This Cotton, and simply soft.

I really like how this hat design turned out.
I think it would be great for any of the
 "Awareness Ribbon Colors'.
and For Either man or woman.
If you want to make it smaller you
can go down a hook size or 2.
And with it being Soft Cotton yarn,
it is a very comfortable hat.
This is me in the hat.
 I love it.
I "pinked the picture" for fun.
