Why is is "loopy"?

Why is it puckering?

My stitch Count is the same, 
why don't my ends meet up? 

If Your chain is puckering, you are stitching too tightly.

If your chain is loopy, you are stitching to loosely.

Going up or down a hook size for the beginning chain
 and help you, solve these issues, 
and have perfectly lined up ends.
