Skill: Easy

Materials:
 Crochet Hook – I/ 6.5MM
Yarn – Worsted Weight (4) 4 Colors 44 oz. (12oz of each color)
     I used Red Heart Super Saver - 
     C1- Hyacinth, C2 –Cranberry, C3 – Pool, C4 – Paradise
Yarn Needle

Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Double Crochet (dc)
Front Post Double Crochet (fpdc)
Back Post Double Crochet (bpdc)
Stitch (st)
Change to (chgto)

Size: approximately 42 X 52 inches
Gauge: 3 Rows = 2 inches, 2 dc = 3 inches

Notes:
Ch 3 counts as 1 dc
When changing colors, ch3 after the color change.

R: 1 – With C1, ch 106, 1 dc in the 4th ch from the hook, and in each ch across, Turn.
(104 dc)

R: 2 – Ch3, 1 dc in each st across, Turn (104 dc)

R: 3 – Repeat R: 2

R: 4 – Chgto C2, 1 dc in the 1st 3 dc, *fpdc in the next dc, 1 dc in the next 3 dc*
Repeat From * to * across, turn. (104 sts)

R; 5 - 1 dc in the 1st 3 dc, *bpdc in the next dc, 1 dc in the next 3 dc*
Repeat From * to * across, turn. (104 sts)

R: 6 – Chgt to C3, Repeat R:2

R: 7- R: 8 – Repeat R : 2

R: 9 – Chgto  C4, Repeat R: 4

R: 10 - Repeat R: 5

Repeat R: 1 – R: 10  -- 7 more  times
Or more is you want a longer blanket.



 Blanket Trim:
Dc evenly on all 4 sides of the blanket, placing 3 dc in each corner, in your color of choice.
I used the hyacinth.
It's a warm and comfy blanket for pooches and for people.
