Well I made a hat to go with it!
I used the a Granny hat
By Suzies Stuff

I sized it down to fit my grand daughter.
Then I used the ears crochet pattern
From the Bunny Blanket.
The ears are great, because
they stand up pretty good
with out using any wires or pointy stuff.
I used the same yarns I used for
the bunny Lovie, also.
This pattern is perfect because it is an
open weave granny stitch,
so its not so warm to wear.
And it whips up pretty fast.
